Henry Clarkson is a proud agent with Coldwell Banker D'Ann Harper Realtors. He is native to San Antonio and the surrounding area. Henry is a graduate of The University of Texas, where he received a BS in Sociology. While in school Henry worked part time in the shoe business which soon grew into a career. His expertise in business expansion led him to corporate real estate, finding store locations across the globe. It wasn't long before he discovered his passion for negotiating transactions. Henry also served as a business consultant to independent store owners and earned an outstanding reputation for successfully guiding clients in the positive direction of real estate acquisitions and lease agreements. He was most respected for his innate attention to detail and for his excellent customer service. Henry moved over to the residential side and has never looked back.
In addition to being a successful realtor, Henry is an active volunteer in his community.

Henry was introduced to us by a mutual friend and we really enjoyed working with him. He went above and beyond to help us locate and buy a lake home. He made numerous trips to the property to help us manage the purchase remotely from out-of-state and to ensure that we closed on time and without problems. I would highly recommend him.
